Nonprofit Volunteer Evaluation Forms

Volunteering comes in all shapes and sizes.  From taking tickets, answering phones, and stuffing envelopes to committee and board leadership, direct client services, and special event planning, volunteers help nonprofits become better organizations.  How you treat these volunteers can strengthen the nonprofit and directly influence how the community feels about the organization.  That is because volunteers are more than supplementary staff, they can be the best donors, ambassadors and advocates your organization has in its circle.

Stating the obvious, the more you know about your current and past volunteers’ experience, the better environment you can create for the future.  A few seemingly simple forms can provide you with a unique understanding and ensure positive experiences for both—volunteer and agency.

When you fill out the form below, you will receive four forms: New Volunteers, Semi-Experienced Volunteers, Experienced Volunteers and Former Volunteers (with a bit of an explanation about each).
